    Morning Bliss connects the mind and body with easy and effective ways of being stress free and blissful, all day long. Mindful Movement is an effective way of moving the body that’s available to everyone, especially those who may find other movement practices too strenuous. Taught by Rod Sudbeck, who uses Mindful Moment to manage chronic pain and in his work with disabilities. All are welcome.
